This catamaran is tailored for exploration. From tropical islands to the most extreme latitudes, the 40M Sunreef Explorer Eco is an ocean-going electric superyacht with an imposing design, combining aluminum and advanced composite materials. Its design aims to maximize the surface area of solar energy with solar panels integrated into the hull, superstructure, bimini roof and the entire bow allowing the solar catamaran's photovoltaic system to deliver 50 kWp.
The new Eco Explorer 40m features an ultra-light composite construction and a state-of-the-art electric propulsion system consisting of two 540kW motors and two 550kWh battery packs – giving the electric yacht the ability to cross oceans.

Her vast and bright interiors can be adapted to any navigation plan and lifestyle, featuring an in-house cinema, spa, library or gym. The interior decoration consists of recycled and recyclable materials and fabrics. The large master suite with private terrace and the airy cabins create a seamless connection with the marine environment.
From the outside, the superstructure almost appears to float above the decks. Large glass surfaces and sliding doors create a rare sense of connection between the main salon and the aft deck. The catamaran can accommodate up to 10 guests.
