Horizon FD80/09 is a motor yacht with an overall length of 24.56 m. The yacht is built by Horizon Yachts from Taiwan, which launched the Horizon FD80/09 in 2023. The superyacht has a beam of 6.87 m, a draft of 1.73 m and a displacement of 145 GT.
Horizon FD80/09 features exterior design by Cor D. Rover Design and interior design by Horizon Yachts. The Horizon FD80/09 has a GRP hull and GRP superstructure. It is powered by 2 MTU engines, giving it a top speed of 17.4kn. The yacht carries 10,220 liters of fuel on board.
Available in Skyline (Enclosed Bridge) or Split Use Skylounge, the FD80 offers functional outdoor spaces that rival those found on 90ft motor yachts.
Modern lines, flexibility of space and well-designed indoor and outdoor entertainment areas are at the heart of the latest design. The smaller sister of the successful FD90 motor yacht, the all-new Horizon FD80 maximizes interior volume with unique floor-to-ceiling glass sections that invite abundant natural light and stunning views into the saloon, dining room and master cabin on deck. The interiors are open plan and feature a central living room accompanied by a multifunctional dining area with a convertible dining and breakfast table.
The Horizon FD80 superyacht can accommodate up to 8 guests and also has accommodation for 2 crew members, including the ship's captain. Below deck, there are three additional cabins, including two VIP. Designed with soft, rounded architectural lines, the light gray oak is incorporated into all living spaces, complemented by gold accents for a sleek minimalist aesthetic. The furniture comes from the Australian company ABI Interiors.
There are also plenty of outdoor lounging areas, including the bow which is equipped with a U-shaped dining table and cushions. The most used area is probably the sheltered skylounge, equipped with a bar, a folding Teppanyaki grill and a 43-inch folding TV. The skylounge also benefits from a heated jacuzzi with its own wet bar and a U-shaped sofa with extendable dining table.
Side wingstations allow for improved visibility while docking and the bridge deck aft is spacious enough to accommodate a 16ft tender.
The new Horizon FD80 is a truly state-of-the-art motor yacht with the comforts of a megayacht.
