Around 60 tenders of all sizes and types were on display last month at the Monaco Yacht Show.
There are actually two types of tenders: Those designed to fit in the garage of a yacht, or those that serve as transport vehicles from port to ship.
This means that styles and sizes are very much up to the owners. Below you will see 4 of our favorites.
Cockwells ‘Titian ‘Tender
The customade 34-foot Titian Tender built by UK-based Cockwells is equipped with old-school features such as customade stainless steel fittings on the exterior and Corian and copper below decks. Its advanced electronics include a virtual anchor and a digital touch screen system.
Titian starred in fashion brand Michael Kors' 2022 ad campaign called 'The Thrill of the Chase'.
The TL Limousine
The Pascoe TL Limousine is manufactured in the UK by Pascoe International. Her superstructure is built on a GRP hull. She can travel at a maximum speed of 36.0 kn while carrying 15 guests on board. It is designed to provide a safe, fast, dry and comfortable journey and can be used regardless of weather conditions.
In consultation with the owner and their yacht designers, the final design can be customized to match the color and details of the mother ship.
“Project KD”
Making its world debut in Monaco last month, Project KD from British builder Falcon Tenders. The custom 32-foot tender will be built for the owner of a 210-foot Sanlorenzo yacht to be delivered next year. Its fully finished exterior has fiber optic light lines from Fibr8, powered by lasers to emit light evenly over long distances. The interior design remains under wraps until next year's unveiling.
WAJER 55 HT
The Wajer 55 HT is very quiet and impressively powerful, with three 480hp IPS650 Volvo Penta engines operated via joystick drive.
The hardtop offers a bit more shelter from the sun and sea and a more private experience.
The level of innovation and comfort is the same as the Wajer 55, with an automatically extending swimming platform that doubles as a gangway and a spacious and luxurious cabin with space for 4-6 people.
