The new Solaris 55 is the culmination of 50 years of experience and knowledge of the Solaris Yachts shipyard.
Solaris once again continued its successful collaboration with Naval Architect Javier Soto Acebal, while Adi Design developed the interior design and the Solaris team took care of the structures, systems and interior technical design.
The hydrodynamic study has determined a modern hull, with a small projection at the bow that disappears into a rounded wide stern, and ensures easier sailing and trimming. The deck layout is both clean and functional as a result of careful attention and knowledge of deck ergonomics. The wide cockpit with full-width helms improves visibility while sailing and when maneuvering in port.
The unique features of this latest Solaris are the opening platform for storing the dinghy with outboard motor as well as the steps for easy access to the swim platform, which are molded into the hull.
This new Solaris features many small changes at almost every angle, above and below the waterline. In summary, they focused on two key issues: hull stability and balance, thereby improving overall performance.
