Nautor Swan introduces the all-new Swan 73, marking its return to the 22-metre sailing segment for the first time in two decades, in the year of its 60th anniversary. Positioned just below the maxi yacht category, the Swan 73 represents a refined balance between performance sailing and elevated onboard living, staying true to the brand’s heritage while embracing a contemporary design language.

Designed by Germán Frers, with exterior styling by Luca Ardizio Design and interiors curated by Blend Studio, the yacht reflects a collaboration built on precision and continuity. The hull is engineered in vinylester-infused fiberglass with sandwich construction and carbon reinforcements, ensuring both structural integrity and high-performance sailing characteristics.

A defining feature of the Swan 73 is its asymmetrical deck layout, conceived to enhance life on board, particularly at anchor. The design prioritizes circulation, usability and comfort, allowing for intuitive movement and efficient handling even with a reduced crew. Twin helms provide control and visibility, reinforcing the yacht’s dual identity as both performance cruiser and bluewater platform.

The exterior concept follows an evolutionary approach rather than radical change. Every element on deck has been integrated to maintain clarity and functionality. An offset companionway, clean rigging solutions and a carefully structured cockpit layout contribute to a fluid sailing experience.

Onboard living is distributed across four distinct exterior zones. The foredeck offers a private lounge area with optional shading solutions and space for a tender. The central guest cockpit connects interior and exterior spaces, with an optional rigid roof that transforms the area into a protected panoramic lounge. Aft, the dedicated sailing cockpit ensures precise control under sail, while the beach club area features a swimming platform and generous storage capacity for water toys and tenders.

Inside, Blend Studio has created a refined interpretation of Swan’s design identity. Soft geometries, curved transitions and a warm material palette define the atmosphere.

Canaletto walnut is paired with light fabrics and finishes, creating a balanced environment that feels both contemporary and welcoming. Layout options include three or four guest cabins, with flexible owner’s area configurations enhancing privacy and comfort.

Already in construction at Nautor Swan’s Boatbuilding Technology Centre in Pietarsaari, Finland, the Swan 73 is scheduled to touch the water in 2027, continuing the brand’s legacy of performance-oriented craftsmanship.

Main specifications include a hull length of 22.47 metres, LOA of 23.67 metres, beam of 6.12 metres, and a light displacement of 38,800 kg, positioning the yacht firmly within the high-performance cruising segment.
