Milano, March 5 – The Rolex Swan Cup is set to return to the waters of Porto Cervo for its 23rd edition, marking a milestone year as Nautor Swan celebrates 60 years since its foundation in 1966 by Pekka Koskenkylä. Organised in collaboration with the Yacht Club Costa Smeralda, the event will once again gather the international Swan fleet for a week of racing, celebration, and shared passion for sailing.

Leading the fleet is Tarantella, Swan 36-001, the very yacht that marked the beginning of Nautor Swan’s production history. After a meticulous refit restoring her original splendour, Tarantella will return to the starting line of the Rolex Swan Cup, symbolising the brand’s heritage while sailing confidently into the future.

The event will also feature Swan 128 flagships, the new Swan 80, and other recent additions, showcasing the evolution of design, technology, and performance. This year, a record fleet of over 120 Swans is expected to participate.

Giovanni Pomati, CEO of Nautor Swan, commented:

"The story of Swan is written on the passion, vision and dedication of its owners, sailors, employees, designers, partners and boatbuilders. As part of the ClubSwan family, we celebrate our heritage while looking ahead, ready to write the next chapter of this remarkable journey."

Andrea Recordati, Commodore of the Yacht Club Costa Smeralda, added:

"Since its first edition, the Rolex Swan Cup has been defined by its family spirit. Owners and crews return to the Costa Smeralda and La Maddalena Archipelago not only to race, but to gather and celebrate together. We are ready to welcome the great Swan family for a very special week."

The event is structured under three complementary souls:

ClubSwan Racing: Dedicated to One Design classes, including ClubSwan 50, 43, 42, 36, 28 and Swan 45.

ClubSwan Legacy: Historic Swans, including designs by Sparkman & Stephens, Ron Holland, and Swan Classics by Frers.

ClubSwan Spirit: Modern Swan owners competing in authentic cruising configuration, focusing on adventure and enjoyment without racing optimisation.

The Rolex Swan Cup 2026 promises a celebration of the past, present, and future of Nautor Swan, uniting a global community bound by their love of sailing.
