Numarine, the Turkish shipyard renowned for its long-range explorer yachts, has expanded its international sales network with the appointment of Bogdan Gusarev as Sales Manager for Europe & CIS, reinforcing the company's commitment to serving one of its most important markets.

Gusarev brings more than a decade of experience in the explorer yacht sector, having lived and worked in key yacht-building hubs including Germany, Italy and Türkiye. His international background, combined with practical boating experience gained while living aboard a sailing yacht before entering the marine industry, provides him with a unique understanding of long-range yacht ownership and client expectations.

"Bogdan combines real boating experience with a genuine understanding of what owners in this segment are looking for. That's a rare mix, and exactly what we need as we grow our presence across Europe and the CIS," said Patrik von Sydow, CEO of Numarine.

Alongside this appointment, Salih Küçükoğlu has expanded his responsibilities and now serves as Sales Manager for Türkiye, MENA & APAC. Previously overseeing the Middle East and Asia-Pacific regions, he now also takes responsibility for the Turkish market.

With a background in mechanical engineering, luxury interior design and international yacht sales, Küçükoğlu has played a key role in developing dealer networks and strengthening relationships with high-net-worth clients across multiple regions.

Commenting on the expanded role, von Sydow noted that Küçükoğlu's customer-focused approach and design expertise will further support Numarine's continued growth in its home market.

Meanwhile, Ali Tanir continues to oversee the Americas as Head of Numarine Americas, ensuring continuity across the company's North and South American operations.

The latest appointments reflect Numarine's ongoing strategy to strengthen its international presence while providing specialized regional expertise for clients worldwide. As demand for long-range explorer yachts continues to grow, the shipyard is investing in experienced professionals who combine industry knowledge with first-hand boating experience.
