ISA Yachts continues to build momentum in the global superyacht market with the sale of the third unit of its UNICA 45M Steel, secured by an American client. This latest milestone confirms the strong international appeal of a model that seamlessly blends long-range capability with refined contemporary design. Delivery is scheduled for 2029.
Conceived through the collaboration between designer Enrico Gobbi of TEAM for Design and the shipyard’s technical team, the UNICA 45M Steel reflects a modern interpretation of luxury yachting. Its steel hull and aluminum superstructure ensure robustness and efficiency, while a fuel capacity exceeding 60,000 liters enables transoceanic cruising with ease and confidence.

The yacht’s exterior design is defined by fluid, balanced lines and expansive glass surfaces that enhance the connection between interior and exterior spaces. Generous outdoor areas elevate onboard living, particularly at the stern, where three cascading levels create a sophisticated beach club atmosphere. Here, sunbathing areas, a pool, and an infinity cockpit framed by glass balustrades offer uninterrupted sea views.

Customization remains at the core of the UNICA philosophy. This third unit features a six-cabin layout, including a private owner’s suite located aft on the upper deck, complete with lounge area, vanity desk, walk-in wardrobe, and a spacious en-suite bathroom. A full-beam VIP cabin on the main deck benefits from large windows and refined detailing, while a gym enhances the onboard wellness experience.

Social spaces are thoughtfully distributed across the yacht. A formal dining area on the main deck is complemented by an al fresco dining space on the upper deck, both accommodating up to 12 guests. The upper deck also features a forward sunbathing and entertainment area, while the expansive 16-meter flybridge stands out as a highlight, offering lounges, bar, dining area, and a jacuzzi.

Below deck, four additional guest cabins, including two VIPs and two twins, ensure comfort and privacy. Crew accommodations are designed for efficiency, hosting nine members across four cabins, with the captain’s cabin strategically positioned near the wheelhouse.
Powered by twin CAT C32 engines, the UNICA 45M Steel reaches a top speed of 15 knots and cruises comfortably at 14 knots. With a range exceeding 4,000 nautical miles at 10 knots, it is ideally suited for extended voyages.

With this latest sale, ISA Yachts reinforces its position as a key player in the luxury segment, combining engineering precision, design innovation, and a clear vision of contemporary yachting.
