At the Ferretti Group Superyacht Yard in Ancona, the first hull of the new Custom Line Navetta 35 is currently under construction, introducing a refined evolution in the brand’s displacement line under 270 GT. With a length of 34.5 metres and a beam of 7.7 metres, the yacht distills Italian design culture and engineering precision into a made-to-measure platform conceived for owners who prioritise liveability at sea.

The project stems from the collaboration between the Strategic Product Committee chaired by Piero Ferrari and the Ferretti Group Engineering Department. Exterior styling is once again entrusted to architect Filippo Salvetti, while interiors bear the signature of ACPV ARCHITECTS Antonio Citterio Patricia Viel. The result is a yacht that extends the formal language introduced with the Navetta 38, reinforcing a philosophy based on generous volumes, architectural clarity and a seamless dialogue between indoor and outdoor spaces.

Architecture shaped by light and flow
The layout unfolds across three decks, offering over 300 square metres of interior and exterior living areas. Accommodation is arranged for up to 10 guests in five cabins, including a full-beam master suite on the main deck and four guest cabins on the lower deck, one with an optional Pullman berth. Crew quarters for up to six members ensure discreet and efficient service.

A key architectural feature is the reimagined staircase concept. By eliminating the external staircase aft on the main deck and integrating a visually discreet internal connection between decks, the designers enhance spatial continuity and privacy. In the main salon, the staircase is positioned to starboard and screened by reflective surfaces, allowing a fluid transition toward the dining area and forward to the master suite. The solution balances structural rationality with aesthetic refinement.

Extensive floor-to-ceiling glazing floods both the main and upper deck salons with natural light, reinforcing a constant visual connection with the sea. Freestanding custom furniture designed by Antonio Citterio appears to float above the floor, preserving uninterrupted views and amplifying the sensation of openness.

Outdoor living redefined
The 58-square-metre Sun Deck is conceived as a wellness-focused retreat. A central shaded lounge or sky bar sits beneath the hard top, complemented by a forward sunset solarium and an optional panoramic spa pool aft surrounded by sunpads.
On the Upper Deck, a 44-square-metre cockpit hosts a dining area for 10 guests and a full-beam lounge, while the fully glazed sky lounge extends the interior experience outward. A foredeck sunset lounge completes the arrangement with sea-facing seating and a dedicated sunbathing area.

Tailored interior moods
The interior concept centres on maximum customisation. Three curated moods articulate distinct atmospheres:
Light Mood, defined by ivory, beige and caramel tones, three-dimensional white lacquered wood panelling and tactile fabrics for a bright, contemporary ambience.
Contrast Chocolate Mood, characterised by dark brown leather, bone-china lacquering and Grigio Alpi stone surfaces, delivering a more assertive and structured elegance.
Contrast Oyster Mood, balancing pale woods, darker leathers and tone-on-tone textiles for a restrained and timeless aesthetic.
Each scheme reflects a bespoke approach where materials and layouts adapt to the owner’s vision, supported by the Custom Line Atelier throughout the design process.

Engineering for long-range comfort
The yacht is prepared for the installation of an SCR system compliant with IMO Tier III regulations, reducing NOx emissions by 70 percent. The engine room is organised for optimal ergonomics and accessibility, while the stern garage accommodates a tender up to five metres and a jet ski.
Standard propulsion comes from twin 1,400 HP MAN V12 engines, delivering a range of up to 1,800 nautical miles in economy mode. An optional configuration with twin 1,622 HP CAT C32 engines allows a top speed of 16 knots. Stabilisation is ensured by twin Sleipner fin stabilisers, with optional Seakeeper gyroscopic systems. With a full-load draught of 2.2 metres, the Navetta 35 can access shallow cruising grounds such as the Caribbean.

Custom Line Navetta 35 presents a considered balance of proportion, light and technical sophistication, redefining the contemporary displacement yacht through spatial intelligence and understated elegance.
