Numarine is set to unveil at the Cannes Yachting Festival 2024 the groundbreaking superyacht 30XP. Numarine is a European high performance motor yacht yard based in Istanbul and founded by Omer Malaz and offers a range of yachts from 19 to 45 meters. This is the yard's first venture into hybrid diesel-electric propulsion, and the official debut is scheduled for 11 a.m. on September 12th at 30XP.
The 30XP nicely fills a gap in Numarine's explorer range and, thanks to its diesel-electric hybrid propulsion combination, has what it takes to forge a new path and trend to follow.
Characterized as an ideal vessel for isolation and exploration of distant lands and seas, and in complete autonomy from the outside world, the Explorer type has become particularly popular worldwide in the last two decades. For this reason, Numarine has decided to focus its research and design efforts on this class of yacht that allows owners and their guests to be away from port for long periods of time and devote themselves to discovering secluded allures destinations, without the need for frequent replenishment.
The 30XP, an explorer yacht, has already attracted attention, with four yachts sold to previous Numarine owners even before the official launch of the first yacht. This yacht has been designed by Can Yalman, both externally and internally, and incorporates an elevated cockpit for more efficient use of space.
The interiors, in collaboration with Istanbul-based Ofist Design Studio, draw inspiration from Scandinavian aesthetics, emphasizing simplicity, minimalism and functionality.
The 30XP offers flexible layouts to suit the owner's individual preferences, with alfresco dining on the aft deck and covered sundeck, creating a strong connection with the outdoors. The master suite, located on the main deck forward, includes a private balcony where passengers can enjoy the view and a dedicated office area with study desk facing large windows.
The yacht also features a semi-open beach club at the stern, which is achieved by raising the deck above to create a relaxation area. The beach club area can be extended to 43 square meters with three folding platforms and includes a side loading area that houses a 6.25 meter diesel tender.
The 30XP can accommodate up to 10 guests in five private cabins, including a master cabin with floor-to-ceiling windows and an optional retractable balcony. The lower deck accommodates four guest cabins, while up to five crew members can be accommodated forward on the lower deck
The yacht is powered by a diesel-electric hybrid propulsion system or by a conventional twin 560hp MAN engine system, providing a top speed of 13 knots and a cruising speed of 11 knots. The 30XP boasts an estimated range of 3,000 nautical miles at 11 knots.
Now we expect his physical presence at the Yachting 2024 festival in Cannes!
