Showcasing Environmental Innovation in Yachting

Following the success of its 2025 pilot programme, which highlighted 59 environmental improvement solutions, the Monaco Yacht Show opens applications for exhibitors to participate in Blue Wake 2026. This initiative focuses on eco-sustainable solutions that advance sustainable yachting and promote measurable environmental performance.

The programme encourages exhibitors to provide detailed evidence of their environmental initiatives, covering areas such as energy efficiency, waste reduction, and green technology integration. Blue Wake 2026 also expands participation to include yacht management and brokerage companies, recognising that sustainability plays a role across all stages of a vessel’s lifecycle.

Toby Moore, CEO of Informa Prestige, commented:"Blue Wake represents a pivotal moment for the Monaco Yacht Show as we evolve into a platform where technical transparency and environmental sustainability set new industry standards. By introducing a rigorous, evidence-based framework, we empower exhibitors to showcase operational progress with credibility."

Leah Werner, Executive Director of Water Revolution Foundation, added:"Blue Wake 2026 is a milestone in embedding standards that enable exhibitors and the wider yachting industry to advance together. With my background in translating complex scientific data into practical frameworks, this edition provides a structured way for exhibitors to present initiatives that aim to improve environmental performance, supported by evidence."
