At the beginning of August, in the presence of the new owner, his family, the management and the staff of Apreamare, the first Maestro 88 of the Maestro series was launched!
The new owner is an enthusiastic fan of the small Neapolitan shipyard and already owns several Apreamare yachts.
The new range has the same trawler-style lines as the rest, with exterior design by Apreamare's long-time collaborator Casali-Tagliavini. Manufacturing is "all Italian" with Apreamare using its "supply chain of suppliers and artisans from Campania" throughout the process.
The yard has described the new range as "fully customizable" with "stunning" interior volumes and Navetta-like qualities that will ensure improved seaworthiness.
The Maestro 88 has an immediacy with the sea through the aft deck, bow saloon and salon, thanks to the sliding glass windows. A bow rail adds a level of safety and the yacht is equipped with a large swim platform that offers direct access to the water.
The model also benefits from a flybridge with wet bar and various relaxation options. Up here, solar panels are installed to offset some of the yacht's energy consumption.
The interiors offer a good level of flexibility for owners, with everything from the cabins to the furnishings open to modification. Number one follows a layout of four cabins, all of which are en-suite, plus a 'studio' with a relaxation nook and electric piano.
Future versions could have a fifth cabin instead of the studio, and there is additional space for four crew members in two cabins.
