Winch Design, a renowned British design studio, recently revealed the first images of an innovative 80m superyacht concept called Reverie, marking a major addition to Oceanco's Simply Custom range.
According to the Oceanco shipyard, the name Reverie means "a state of being pleasantly lost in thought or reverie."

To be built on a proven platform by Lateral Naval Architects, the Simply Custom model aims to offer a new type of customizable superyacht.
Initial images reveal a neutral interior with soft lighting.
Simplicity combined with luxury and abundant light from the large windows give the superyacht a glow and pleasant and comfortable living spaces.
The three-deck vessel wants to offer the owner and his guests a sailing experience combining wellness with entertainment, including a spa on the lower deck and a gym with access to the beach area that even connects to a shaded pool at the rear. The design also includes a central "pool lounge" deck to bring family enjoyment into an underutilized space and reduce the need for air conditioning systems by uniting indoor and outdoor spaces.
Owners have a choice of two layouts: a forward-facing master suite complete with front pool terrace, or alternatively an aft master suite privately connected to the owner's lounge and generous sundeck. Meanwhile, guests are comfortably accommodated in combined bedroom/living suites, with a dedicated lounge on the forward upper deck.
Reverie will be a milestone in the evolution of superyacht design, offering a unique haven for those seeking serenity and adventure on the open water.
In terms of performance, the Simply Custom boats will be powered by a hybrid diesel-electric propulsion system capable of running on low-carbon biofuels. In addition, the ships will be equipped with variable speed generators, a highly optimized stabilization system and propulsion mechanisms that increase efficiency and smoothness in the seas.
